Epsilon Management Services was established in 1988 by Jim and Irene Evans. Jim Evans had held senior positions and managed multi-million pound projects during the 1980's, with major construction management companies Schal International and Gardiner & Theobald Management Services.
Epsilon operates Construction Management and Project Management principles on small to medium sized projects (CM projects between £50,000 and £15 million, PM projects up to £25 million) as opposed to the multi-million projects typically carried out by the larger companies. We are pro-active in seeking solutions, thereby building strong working relationships with our clients. Consequently all the company's work has been repeat busines or as a
direct result of personal recommendation.
Epsilon provides an alternative method of management of the design and construction process that can produce significant time and cost savings compared with traditional contracting methods. A pro-active management approach ensures close control of costs, programme and quality.
Employing us enables the Client to have extensive construction expertise working on his behalf, at a fixed fee, for a defined scope of services. The incentive for us is to see costs maintained within budget, rather than profiting from increased project costs, as would be the case for a contractor.
